Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires sufficient AI literacy from providers and deployers, including anyone who merely uses AI (ChatGPT, Copilot).
Supervised from August 2026
From then, market surveillance (in Germany the Federal Network Agency) supervises it, and a breach is subject to sanctions under national law.
