Hochbegabung im Unternehmen: Wie Organisationen außergewöhnliche Intelligenz nutzen
Menschen mit außergewöhnlich hoher Intelligenz reiben sich oft an Strukturen, die für den Durchschnitt gebaut sind, und stoßen dabei auf hartnäckige Vorurteile. Barbara Amann zeigt, wo diese Reibung entsteht, welche Klischees Hochbegabten im Berufsalltag begegnen und wie Unternehmen ihre Innovationskraft trotzdem für sich gewinnen. Denn selten wurden Komplexitätstoleranz und Intelligenz so dringend gebraucht wie heute.
Das Scientist-Practitioner-Modell: Was Psychologie und Medizin der Weiterbildung voraushaben
Seit der Boulder-Konferenz von 1949 folgt die klinische Psychologie einem Leitbild: Wer praktiziert, stützt sich auf Forschung und prüft die eigene Arbeit mit wissenschaftlichen Mitteln. Die Medizin geht mit der evidenzbasierten Praxis einen verwandten Weg. Franz Hütter zeigt, was das Scientist-Practitioner-Modell für Trainer, Coaches und L&D-Verantwortliche bedeutet und wie es im Arbeitsalltag aussieht.
Macht KI uns denkfaul? Was die Forschung zum Auslagern des Denkens zeigt
Wer Texte, Analysen und Entscheidungen an eine KI abgibt, spart Zeit. Ob dabei auch Denkvermögen verloren geht, untersucht die Forschung zum Cognitive Offloading, seit 2025 auch gezielt für generative KI. Franz Hütter ordnet die ersten Befunde ein, benennt ihre Grenzen und fragt, was daraus für die Gestaltung von Lernen folgt.
Complexability: Warum Organisationen neues Wissen so schwer aufnehmen
Weiterbildung bringt neues Wissen ins Haus, im Arbeitsalltag versickert es dann oft. Die Forschung zur Absorptionsfähigkeit (Absorptive Capacity) erklärt einen Teil davon: Eine Organisation nimmt vor allem auf, was an vorhandenes Wissen anschließt. Franz Hütter zeigt, was daraus für L&D folgt und was mit Complexability gemeint ist, der Fähigkeit, Wissen zu verbinden.
